1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using InvMaker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
InvMaker is a mobile application that allows users to create invoices, quotations, manage customers, track products and payments. The App is designed for small businesses, freelancers, and entrepreneurs.
3. User Accounts
The App can be used without creating an account. If you choose to use mmCashbook sync, you will need to sign in with your existing mmCashbook account (via email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. In-App Purchases
- Remove Ads ($1.99): A one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently removes all advertisements.
- All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the respective store's refund policy.
- You can restore previous purchases on any device via Settings > Restore Purchases.
5. Advertisements
The free version displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ads may appear as interstitial (full-screen) ads. You can remove all ads by purchasing "Remove Ads" for $1.99.
6. Data & Privacy
Your data is stored locally on your device. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data.
7. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoices, quotations, and financial data created using the App.
- The App is a tool to assist with invoicing and is not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice.
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
InvMaker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the App.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of calculations, tax computations, or financial figures.
- We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services (Firebase, AdMob, mmCashbook).
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of InvMaker are the property of mmHub. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar.
