Introduction
InvMaker ("we", "our", "the app") is developed by mmHub. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use InvMaker.
Data Stored Locally
- Business profile information (name, phone, email, address, logo)
- Invoice and quotation data
- Customer information
- Product catalog and stock data
- Payment records
- App settings and preferences
This data is stored locally on your device using SQLite database and SharedPreferences. We do not have access to this data.
Third-Party Services (Optional)
- Firebase Authentication: If you sign in for mmCashbook sync, your email and auth tokens are processed by Google Firebase.
- Cloud Firestore: If you enable mmCashbook sync, payment data is synced to Firebase Firestore.
- Google AdMob: We display ads using Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers. You can opt out by purchasing "Remove Ads".
- Apple/Google In-App Purchase: Purchase transactions are processed by the respective app store.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide invoice and quotation management
- To sync payment data to mmCashbook (only when explicitly enabled)
- To display advertisements (free version only)
- To process in-app purchases
Data Storage & Security
All business data is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your data. Sensitive credentials are stored using encrypted secure storage.
If you enable mmCashbook sync, payment data is stored on Google Firebase servers under Google's security practices.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data, except:
- Google Firebase (only if you enable mmCashbook sync)
- Google AdMob (for ad delivery in free version)
- Apple/Google (for in-app purchase processing)
Your Rights
- Delete your data: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
- Disable sync: Sign out of mmCashbook sync at any time.
- Remove ads: Purchase "Remove Ads" ($1.99) to stop ad-related data collection.
- Backup & Restore: Export and import your data anytime.
Children's Privacy
InvMaker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
